The Institute for Justice—the nation’s leading libertarian public interest law firm—is looking for the most talented and motivated libertarian law students to work as law clerks.

The Institute for Justice is proud to introduce the Torchbearer Scholarship, a $10,000 award to a qualified 2L candidate who demonstrates:

IJ engages in strategic constitutional litigation and its attorneys regularly appear before the highest courts in the nation. We litigate to secure greater protection for economic liberty, school choice, private property, and freedom of speech. IJ law clerks do real, substantive legal work on cutting-edge constitutional cases.
