Ross plays a critical role producing in-house social science research on issues central to the Institute’s mission. His work on eminent domain has received attention in publications including the Wall Street Journal, Reason magazine, and the Chicago Tribune. His writing has appeared in the Orange County Register, the Detroit News, and the Washington Times.
Ross is an alumnus of the Institute for Humane Studies’ Koch Fellowship (Summer 2005) and internships at the Cato Institute and Tax Foundation.
He graduated magna cum laude from Towson University’s Honors College in 2005. An international studies major, he has published on US-EU economic relations in the Towson Journal of International Affairs.
