Britany Skipper serves as IJ's Controller with oversight of its accounting operations. She is responsible for maintaining accurate and consistent financial records and reports, complying with budget forecasts, and preserving internal controls. Britany graduated from the Honors College at George Mason University in 2007 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance.  She joined IJ during the spring of 2009.
