IJ Presents Cato President Ed Crane with Award

IJ President and General Counsel Chip Mellor recently recognized the uniquely important role Ed Crane and the Cato Institute have played in the Institute for Justice's success. From IJ's earliest days, Ed provided encouragement, fundraising leads and moral support.
