With two IJ cases on the U.S. Supreme Court docket, and one headed for U.S. Supreme Court appeal, IJs offices are teeming with activity these days. Our HAN members are an integral part of our success and efforts. Right now, we need your help in two areas:
- Legal Assistance: Help writing, reading, researching case law, and similar projects for our cases.
- Speaking Engagements: We want our attorneys on the road in the coming year to talk about our current cases—property rights, school choice, economic liberty/entrepreneurship and First Amendment issues. If you have a school or attorney Federalist Society chapter or other organization that may be interested in having an IJ speaker, please let us know. Were happy to help host an event and combine the trip with other business in the area.
