Following the release of the Institute for Justice’s eminent domain report earlier this year, and a recent 60 Minutes segment on the topic featuring IJ clients, a rash of potential eminent domain cases have flooded in our doors. Our staff at the Institute for Justice is able to accept about three new eminent domain cases per year, leaving the rest available for our HAN members and other interested pro-bono attorneys. Below is a list of a few places around the country where there are potential cases.
