Promoting Educational Opportunity

HAN Member Thomas Lehrman Provides Scholarships To Those in Need

Demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to educational opportunity typical of HAN members, Thomas Lehrman (LSC 02) has joined with family and friends to start the Hillhouse Scholars Program in New Haven, Conn., where Thomas is in his second year at Yale Law School. Hillhouse is a private foundation that provides low-income children in the greater New Haven area with partial tuition scholarships to attend private high schools. Through the foundation, professionals and graduate students in New Haven provide mentorship and tutoring to Hillhouse Scholars. For more information, visit hillhousescholars.org.
