Pittsburgh currently has some of the worst vending laws in the country, but Councilman Bill Peduto has proposed lifting these burdensome barriers to free the food trucks! The draft proposed ordinance will be introduced soon. 

IJ has been working with Pittsburgh’s food trucks to spur legislative reform. Most recently, IJ taught a class about the constitutional rights of entrepreneurs and co-hosted a food truck rally to bring widespread attention to this important issue. Click here for more pictures of the rally!
