Directions to IJ-Minnesota

The Minnesota Chapter of the Institute for Justice is on the 16th Floor of the Rand Tower, at the corner of South 6th Street and Marquette Avenue Across the street (diagonally) from the Wells Fargo tower.

From the East:

Take I-94 West to 11th Street exit
Stay on 11th Street (curves to the left)
Turn right onto Marquette Avenue
Rand Tower parking is just past 6th Street
Enter lot where the sign reads: "Self Park"

From the West:

Take I-394 East to "Downtown Exits"—Take 6th Street exit-stay on 6th
Turn left on Marquette Avenue
Rand Tower parking is immediately on the right
Enter lot where the sign reads: "Self Park"

From the South:

Take I-35W North and follow "Downtown Exits"
Take the 11th Street/Grant exit and go north
Stay on 11th Street which curves to the left
Turn right on Marquette Avenue
Rand Tower parking is just past 6th Street on right
Enter lot where the sign reads: "Self Park"

From the North:

Take I-35W South and take Washington Avenue exit
Turn right onto Washington Avenue
Turn left onto 4th Avenue South
Turn right onto 7th Street
Turn right onto Marquette Avenue
Rand Tower parking is on the right, just past 6th Street
Enter lot where the sign reads: "Self Park"
