Larry Salzman is an attorney with the Institute for Justice. He joined the Institute in 2011 and litigates cutting-edge constitutional cases protecting individual rights, including property rights and economic liberties.
Prior to joining IJ, Larry was an attorney with Pacific Legal Foundation, where he litigated property rights cases in federal and state courts, and served as a clerk to Judge Bohdan A. Futey on the United States Court of Federal Claims. He was also co-founder and CEO of an e-commerce company, which was sold in 2007.
Larry received his law degree in 2002 from the University of San Diego, where he was Assistant Editor of the San Diego Law Review. He received an undergraduate degree in Finance from Arizona State University in 1993.
