Tuesday, December 9th, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. on the steps of the AZ Supreme Court located on 1501 West Washington Street in Phoenix, AZ.

Hundreds of families participate in AZ's voucher programs, which allow their special needs and foster children to attend schools that provide them with the best education.

But teacher unions are trying to take this choice away, condemning these children to poor education and less opportunity. 

Show your support at our rally for school choice, before the AZ Supreme Court hears a landmark case that will decide these children's educational futures!

Oral argument in Cain v. Horne will follow at 11a.m.

We are coordinating free transportation to and from the rally, leaving from Tucson, Prescott and Maricopa.
