IJ President and General Counsel Chip Mellor recently recognized the uniquely important role Ed Crane and the Cato Institute have played in the Institute for Justice's success. From IJ's earliest days, Ed provided encouragement, fundraising leads and moral support. The award to Ed reads, "Presented to Ed Crane with appreciation for your support, counsel and generous vision of liberty throughout our first 10 years."
