Arizona's Structural Pest Control Commission thinks landscapers should have more than 3,000 hours of experience spraying weeds before they can legally spray products like Round-Up, which are commercially available to the general public. Gary Rissmiller and Larry Park disagree and are fighting for their constitutional right to earn a living in the occupation of their choice.
